All of the 4 last sales in Antigua Point occured after Hurricane Wilma ripped through Boca Raton in late October, 2005.
Prices were rising dramatically until that storm held up a "STOP" sign in front of what everyone agreed was a raging Sellers' market (with double-digit increases in home prices year over year). The most recent sale was at a discount of $185k from the original lsit price.
